The Chocolatier, October Round-Up
October has been an exciting month here at The Chocolatier celebrating our favourite thing…CHOCOLATE!
Our very own Aneesh Popat hosted a wonderful evening, bringing the chocolate experts together for the ‘Friends of Chocolate Dinner’. It was such a joy to have so many passionate people in the same room to discuss and celebrate all things chocolate. The evening was rounded off with Aneesh preparing a very special dessert of Original Beans Cru Udzungwa water ganache with fresh orange steeped in juice and zest, toffee orange sauce, pumpkin seed granola and mascarpone.
We also attended the Chocolate Unwrapped show in Soho, London. We were honoured to be amongst so many wonderful brands under one roof to enjoy all things chocolate. We had a beautiful stand to display so many of our delicious products. It was great to meet so many people that had a passion and interest in chocolate.
