is a self-taught chocolatier in London with a degree in Mathematics and
background in Philosophy. He fell in love with chocolate due to its
unique qualities and has dedicated himself to perfecting his skills,
constantly learning and researching the industry. He was inspired by his
grandmother, a master cook who fuses Eastern flavors with chocolate.

September 2019 - We have now launched in The Netherlands at the most prestigious department store - De Bijenkorf. The store is owned by the same family who own Selfridges in London.

Chocolate Creations at The UK Chocolate Academy
These chocolates really bring me back to my love of
maths! If only teachers were also chocolatiers... learning maths with
an abacus like this would really have grabbed my focus! Only thing
is.... i would only have learnt my subtractions!!!
